The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with a variety of video formats and have experience shooting and editing in the El Paso, TX area. This position is primarily focused on the El Paso, TX area, however we are open to candidates who are available to work remotely in other areas of the state. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Film/Video or related field Ability to work from remote locations as needed Ability to work with minimal supervision, and with a high level of autonomy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail Ability to work at least 40 hours per week (week) during normal business hours (9:00am-5:00pm) Must be authorized to work in the El Paso, TX without sponsorship. Responsibilities: ·Provide excellent customer service by being accessible, responsive, and proactive when issues arise for clients or team members. ·Work closely with videographers, editors, marketing teams, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of client projects. ·Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and deliverables. ·Maintain accurate client records by updating them on a regular basis. ·Work independently while maintaining an open line of communication with other team members.
