Job Purpose The Social Videographer position is responsible for capturing, creating, and editing video content both independently, and in coordination with the Social Team and Video Team. This position will also help in the ideation process to continue to innovate and elevate Crumbl’s brand and video content. The Social Videographer will work closely with the Head of Video and Director of Social Media to ensure that quality content is being released. Duties and Responsibilities Conceptualizing content ideas that align with current social media trends. Daily collaboration with social media managers on active projects. Ensures that equipment for a shoot is present and working. Films videos on set or on location (occasional travel may be required). Shoots and edits a variety of video styles (product, lifestyle, interview, social media, and more). Edits footage in post-production. Manage pre-production for video projects. Maintain a highly organized file management system. Works closely with the Social Media team to meet project requirements. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in capturing audio. Strong understanding of videography and social trends. Familiarity with operating cameras and filming, no specific camera system required. Proficiency in Davinci Resolve, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro. Familiarity with apple operating systems. Ability to maintain projects within a deadline. Experience with shooting products or food is a plus. Must submit a sizzle reel or portfolio. Maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to handle change with professionalism and authenticity. Working Conditions Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Ability and willing to carry equipment for whatever distance is necessary to completely cover the event. The work location will be based in Crumbl’s headquarters in Lindon, UT, but the ability to travel to different locations is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to bend, lift, stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Prolonged periods of working on a computer. This position requires the ability to lift and move products, supplies, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
