Videographer/Editor | Scottsdale, AZ | Founders Organization

We’re looking for a Full-time Video Editor/Videographer who is energetic, creative, and passionate about story-telling and marketing through video. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Premiere Pro and After Effects with a strong understanding of short-form social video editing and podcast editing. Experience in videography, production, and editing is a must. Experience with podcast management is preferred. You are: comfortable working in a fast-paced environment have strong technical, organizational, and time management skills knows the ins and outs of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects are familiar with all video formats and standards has experience recording and editing short and long-form podcast episodes experience managing podcast platforms, posting and creating marketing assets is a plus have general knowledge of all aspects of video production, including shooting, audio recording, studio and on-site lighting techniques, color correction, story development, etc. can think for themselves as well as take direction have a positive, can-do attitude and love to solve challenges collaborate with the creative team to keep multiple projects on schedule positive, thoughtful, kind helpful and hard-working with a sense of humor are detail-oriented and organized have strong communication and time-management skills are open and willing to learn new skills and roles to assist the Founders team Additionally, experience in the thought leader/expert space, knowledge of online marketing, event and retreat planning, and booking private travel would be beneficial to position ease and success. Must be located in or willing to relocate to beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona Full-time hybrid schedule. Preferred minimum 3 years experience. Depending on experience and abilities, full-time salary with profit sharing + insurance available after 90 days.
