Overview: The Corporate Analytics group is seeking a data-driven analyst responsible for Kids & Family and Paramount Global social account analytics across all platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.) with a focus on providing insights and recommendations that will contribute to the goals and success of Paramount Global and its’ portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is a research professional with at least 1 year of experience and passion for social media and television. Responsibilities: Gather data and conduct detailed analyses on social performance using proprietary and third-party analytics tools (e.g., DOMO, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube Studio, Talkwalker, Social Content Ratings, Twitter Analytics, Listenfirst, etc.) Communicate insights and recommendations both verbally and in the form of reports/presentations to internal teams and senior management. Develop recurring reporting and monitor key metrics based on the stakeholder’s objectives/requirements. Maintain records and benchmarks of various marketing campaign performance. Stay up to date with changing social media and digital media industry trends. Support key stakeholders with ad hoc analyses as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher. At least 1 year of related research experience with demonstrated success. Demonstrated ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Hypothesis driven problem solving skills. Experience working with social media monitoring tools, social media management tools, and social listening tools is preferred. Expert MS Office skills, including advanced Excel. Some experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools. Agility and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities. Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $65,000.00 – 75,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
