Job Title: Videographer/Editor (YouTube Specialist) Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Videographer/Editor with a specialization in YouTube content to join our team at So Cool Ent. As a Videographer/Editor, you will play a crucial role in capturing and editing high-quality videos for our YouTube channel. Responsibilities: – Collaborate with Cj So Cool and the creative team to plan and execute video concepts, ensuring they align with the channel’s style and objectives. – Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices, to capture footage of the highest quality. – Shoot engaging and visually appealing content, ensuring proper framing, composition, and lighting techniques. – Edit raw footage into cohesive, well-paced videos that align with the desired tone and style of the channel, utilizing industry-standard video editing software. – Enhance videos with appropriate transitions, visual effects, graphics, and sound design to create a polished final product. – Maintain a consistent brand image and aesthetic across videos, adhering to established guidelines. – Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in videography and video editing to continually improve the quality of our content. – Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize videos for SEO, engagement, and audience retention. – Manage video files, ensuring proper organization, backup, and archiving. Requirements: – Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor, with a focus on creating content for YouTube channels. – Proficiency in operating and maintaining video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices. – Strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. – Solid understanding of YouTube trends, formats, and best practices. – Creativity and a keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling. – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. – Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines. – Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the creative team and express ideas. – A portfolio or reel showcasing previous work, demonstrating technical skills and creativity.
