HP Inc’s internal production team is seeking a talented and experienced Producer & Video Editor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video and event production process from concept development to final delivery. You will also be responsible for creating high-end sizzle videos and other post-production projects while ensuring the highest quality final product. Must have a have a strong background in video production, exceptional technical skills, and project management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with C-Suite executives. Experienced in corporate events, video production, as well as producing live webcasts. Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate and manage all aspects of video shoots, including securing locations, hiring crew, managing costs, and archiving final product. Produce, direct, and oversee the shooting process, ensuring that the desired vision and story are captured effectively. Conduct interviews with Executive Leadership Team and gather footage on location. Oversee the editing and post-production process, ensuring high quality while following brand guidelines. Edit video content, applying video effects, graphics, and music to enhance the final product. Manage relationships with external vendors, such as freelance videographers, producers, graphic artists, and editors. Keep up-to-date with the latest production trends, equipment, video editing techniques and software. Proven track record as a producer and video editor in a fast-paced corporate or live broadcast production environment. Experience working on green screen projects. Expert using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar. Strong knowledge of streaming platforms such as Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Stream, Canapii, and more. Well versed in production tools such as vMix, Mentimeter, and Cliqer.io. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while ensuring high quality output. Proficient in project management tools such as Wrike, Google Drive, and Canto. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation creation is a plus. Available to travel for quarterly events both international and domestic. Education and Experience Required: BA or BS in Business, Marketing or Communications. 7+ years of experience in event management or marketing. Knowledge and Skills: Organization and program management skills. Ability to link event plans and activities to business results. Proven analytic skills to determine closed-loop return of assigned shows or events. Demonstrated experience managing complex events. Expert knowledge of trade show and events strategies and tactics. Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal. High levels of tact and diplomacy. Agency and budget management. Knowledge of HP lead management systems and processes.
