The Role: As a Video Editor at Luxe Life Productions, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging video content that reflects our signature style and effectively communicates our clients messaging and objectives. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure that the videos you edit maintain the consistent look and feel that Luxe Life Productions is known for. This role is capable of being hybrid/remote after training takes place in person in Haverhill, MA. Job Role & Responsibilities: – Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality videos that match Luxe Life Productions signature style, ensuring smooth transitions, appropriate pacing, and compelling storytelling – Enhance video content through color correction, audio editing, motion graphics, and other post-production techniques while maintaining the established aesthetic – Collaborate with the creative team to understand and adhere to the vision for each project and ensure the edited videos align with the desired style – Take ownership of the editing process, from initial organization of media assets to final delivery, while meeting project deadlines – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and new software tools to continually improve the quality and efficiency of video production while maintaining our signature style – Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded – Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the overall video production process and elevate the Luxe Life Productions brand Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000. Qualifications: – Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a professional setting – Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools – Strong understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices – Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects is highly desirable – Solid understanding of video codecs, file formats, and compression techniques for various delivery platforms – Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a professional who: Has excellent interpersonal skills, works effectively and collaborates with others Is highly organized with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle work time efficiently Has a welcoming attitude, proactive mindset, and solutions-oriented focus Has consistent access to high-speed internet Benefit Eligibility: This position is eligible for benefits including health insurance.
