We are looking for a resourceful Video Editor (Long & Short Form) to work on the weekly YouTube podcast ‘The Tom Style Show’ (Tech, Entrepreneurship, & Business podcast with a comedic touch). Remote is okay, but in-person Silicon Valley (Milpitas, CA) or Los Angeles, CA based applicants will receive priority.Responsibilities & Skills:Long Form Video Podcast Editing (2-5 per week) – Intro similar to Flagrant Andrew Schulz or David Rubenstein Bloomberg Wealth – go through the hour-long content, make creative edits to increase retentionShort Form TikTok/Reel/Shorts Editing (2 per day) – Chopping off the hour-long content from the full-length Video Podcast to create compelling Sort-Form Videos with Graphics, Overlay, Music – similar to Joe Rogan or Andrew Tate or Alex Cooper viral short-form videosMid Form Twitter Editing (2-3 per week) – Chopping off the hour-long content from the full-length Video Podcast to create compelling 5-min video – similar to Tucker Carlson Twitter showYouTube Thumbnail ExpertiseMust be creative, hard-working, and keep up with the social media video trendsStarting Salary $1,500-$2,000 on 1099 plus Bonuses for excellent performance (Success of the Short Form Videos)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPay: $1,500.00 – $2,500.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Video editing: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
