As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and smooth operations of our production team. You will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the production process, helping to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your ability to multitask, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will contribute to the successful execution of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Production Support: Collaborate with the production team to provide comprehensive assistance throughout all stages of the production process. This includes pre-production, production, and post-production activities. Logistical Coordination: Help coordinate logistics related to equipment, props, talent, and crew. Ensure that all necessary resources are available on time and at the appropriate locations. Set Preparation: Assist in setting up and preparing production sets, ensuring that they are ready for filming or recording. This may involve arranging props, adjusting lighting, and checking audio and video equipment. Talent Support: Assist in managing talent and extras during production, ensuring they are on set when needed, and assisting with any requirements they may have. Post-Production Assistance: Collaborate with the post-production team to organize footage, assets, and files, and help with any additional tasks required to complete the project. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during production, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all involved. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in film, media, or related fields is a plus. Basic knowledge of film and video production processes, equipment, and terminology. Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for documentation and communication purposes. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
