Based in Los Angeles, we are seeking an organized, motivated individual with strong communication abilities and a knack for problem solving.Responsibilities:Assists the team to plan and execute content production, ensuring that the filming is carried out according to the planHelps with coordinating film productions in both pre-production and on set during productionInteracts with cross functional teamsSupports producers with set, location, and casting logisticsAssists creative producers with project deliverables as neededProvides administrative support as needed: filing documents, organizing on-set stills, etc.Communicates clearly between internal teams, and external partners to keep production schedule on timeTakes direction and adheres to established production schedules to meet tight deadlinesLiaises with team to identify and solve problems in all phases of productionAdditional duties and responsibilities as requiredRequirements:Film and television related majors (preferred)1-2 years experience in Production or on-set execution (preferred)Experience in social media management is a plusBilingual (Mandarin and English) is requiredHighly skilled in time-management, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and organizationStrong self-confidence with the ability to multitask and adapt based on production needsExtremely motivated with drive and follow-through skillsTeam player with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibilityFlexibility to work beyond the traditional 9-5 work scheduleAbility to work across different time zonesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $16.00 – $26.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90006
