Key Responsibilities: Assist the production team in coordinating pre-production tasks, such as scheduling, location scouting, and equipment rentals. Help with set-up and breakdown of production equipment. Ensure that all necessary production supplies are stocked and readily available. • Assist in on-set production tasks, such as setting up lights, adjusting cameras, and monitoring sound levels. Coordinate with cast and crew to ensure they are prepared for their roles. Perform administrative duties, such as organizing production documents and maintaining production schedules. Provide logistical support to the production team, including transportation arrangements and catering services. Assist in post-production tasks, such as logging footage and managing production files. Other duties as assigned by the production team. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Experience working on film or video productions preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
