Reporting to the Post Production Supervisor, the Post Production Assistant is a tech savvy professional with strong organizational skills. If you are a self-starter, able to work well independently and as part of a team and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, we would like to meet you. We are looking for you to: ● Primary focus will be on video assets management and coordinating with internal stakeholders including Producers, Marketing and the Content Creation teams. ● Collecting and sorting video assets (renders, captions, project files, artwork) and managing file access. ● Converting media files. ● Editing video clips when needed. ● Completing a quality control of all deliverables (project files, video, captions, transcripts, artwork). ● List and describe footage as needed. ● Implement best practices to maintain an effective and up to data system to organize media files. About you: ● Proven experience in a similar position. ● Industry knowledge and experience. ● Educational background in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or a related field. ● Familiarity with Project Management software. Bonus points if you have worked with ClickUp. ● Hands-on experience with FTP file transfer, Google documents, MS Office and Dropbox. ● Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud. Bonus points for experience with Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. ● An understanding of confidentiality and data protection. ● Strong multi-tasking skills. ● Ability to problem solve and find solutions. ● Attention to detail to ensure no aspect of content gets missed. ● Team player who works well with a variety of people. ● A genuine interest in technology and tv production.
