We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in the film and TV industry. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production team by coordinating and facilitating various aspects of production. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about film and TV production, with a desire to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the creation of compelling content. Responsibilities: • Assist the production team in all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production activities for film and TV projects. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the production team. • Assist with location scouting, securing permits, and managing logistics for shoots. • Organize and maintain production documents, scripts, call sheets, and other relevant materials. • Assist in managing and coordinating talent, crew, and equipment for productions. • Support the production team during shoots by setting up equipment, managing props, and ensuring a smooth workflow. • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining databases. • Contribute to the overall creative process by providing input and ideas during meetings and brainstorming sessions. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the production process. • Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and production paperwork. Requirements: • A genuine passion for film and TV production, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and travel as required for production needs. • Proficiency in using production software, such as scheduling and budgeting tools, is a plus. • Previous experience or coursework in film, media, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
