Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and skilled Videographer to join our team for a 2-month video shoot project for a corporate leadership course. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage for various projects, adhering to creative briefs, and ensuring the final deliverables meet the highest standards. This is a temporary position for the duration of the video shoot project, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance and mutual interest. Responsibilities: Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for different projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, product demos, interviews, event coverage, and social media content. Equipment Management: Operate and maintain videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, audio gear, and other relevant tools. Storytelling and Creativity: Work closely with the creative team to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual stories. Location Scouting: Collaborate with the team to identify suitable shooting locations and ensure all necessary permissions are obtained. Pre-production Planning: Assist in the development of video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and schedules for each project. On-set Direction: Direct talent and subjects during shoots, ensuring that the vision and message of the project are effectively conveyed. Post-production Editing: Edit and finalize video content using industry-standard software, ensuring a seamless and engaging final product. Video Optimization: Optimize videos for various platforms, resolutions, and formats to ensure the best user experience across different channels. Quality Control: Maintain a high level of video and audio quality throughout all stages of production, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and brand identity. Deadline Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects. Requirements: Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Videographer with a portfolio showcasing various video projects is essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating professional video equipment, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and audio recording equipment. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and execute innovative video concepts. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to capture visually appealing shots and deliver high-quality video content. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work well under pressure. Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven approach to work, taking initiative to improve skills and deliver exceptional results. Availability: Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the 3-month video shoot project. Note: This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and mutual interest. The decision to transition to a full-time role will be evaluated at the end of the 3-month video shoot period.
