You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging video content and social posts that resonates with our online audience. Your innovative approach will bring our brand story to life, elevate our social media channels, and help us foster strong connections with our community.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute both creative photo and video strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives.Create day-to-day Social Media Posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and PinterestPlan, film, and edit high-quality video content both long and short-form videos, including but not limited to TikTok videos, Social Media Ads, and YouTube videos.Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, video techniques, and editing software to continuously improve the quality and impact of our content.Monitor social media engagement and analytics.Collaborate with partners to amplify our brand message through cross-promotional video campaigns.Assist in the management of social media calendars and ensure timely content delivery.Work with key managers in developing and executing new ideas.Requirements:Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and skill.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) and familiarity with various camera equipment.A keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling through visuals.Strong understanding of social media platforms.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to switch gears with the changing car industry.Passion for staying on top of industry trends and using them to your advantage.Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and work with diverse stakeholders.Job Type: Full-timeSalary Range: The salary for this position ranges from $48,000 to $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8-hour shift, Monday-FridayWork Location: In personHow to Apply: If you are ready to embark on an exciting journey with Jones Junction and leave a lasting impact on our digital landscape, we would love to hear from you!
