Video Editor + Videographer | Dallas, TX | Creative Circle

Our national nonprofit client in Dallas is looking for a freelance Video Editor / Videographer to start Monday, July 24 through August 18, for 37.5 hours max per week. This role is REMOTE except for occasional shoots onsite at the clients Lower Greenville-area studio. The Video Editor / Videographer will edit and shoot a variety of videos. Video Editor / Videographer Responsibilities Consult with client to set realistic expectations on all project timelines, milestones and details Self-manage simultaneous projects Collaborate with client on each project scope and create outline for each video Edit provided content into short videos for web, social media and other digital properties Add motion graphics and lower-thirds copy to each video For some videos, guide interviewees live to ensure they answer questions well, lighting and positioning is optimal, audio is recorded appropriately, etc. Participate in pre-production meetings for shoots as needed Shoot and help produce videos at clients studio as needed Deliver final videos by deadlines Video Editor / Videographer Requirements Solid reel showcasing editing and videography work Motion graphics and audio experience Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar Own computer and software Creative Circle’s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
