Micro Budget Crew Call Toronto

Gearing up for a micro-micro budget feature film in Chatham, ON this August (likely 8th to 24th- mostly week days- 14 in total). Budget is VERY small, tone is raw/natural. We are currently filling crew positions. Looking for Cinematographer, gaffer, grip, lighting and sound at LOW PAID rates. Own equipment would be a bonus- if not please submit equipment list required for you to fill the desired position. Looking for locals in the Windsor/London area that might be open to a Chatham shoot- but can look into providing accommodations for the right candidate. Passion and collaboration is desired over experience ***Open to anyone but would especially love to work with other women in the industry (especially for cinematographer ). It is a VERY female forward drama mixed with (V.O) poetic vignettes.
