15 x 15 tiled office with AC/Heating

Two large restrooms attached to the office and a third restroom out in the studio.

Two large roll up doors for easy car access.

high power 200amps and 480v

3500 sqft fenced parking lot/yard with alley access and security rolling gate.

available daily, weekly, monthly, yearly

$350/ hr  min 6 hrs
