A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Production team for the Summer 2023 semester — must be available 3 days a week, 15-20 hours per week with a June 5th, 2023 start date.

Initial Responsibilities

Maintain department databases, calendars, and project lists
Support in managing departmental and executive’s calendars
Organize and process paperwork to support the production team as they travel on location
Responsible for updating the production calendar for projects as they evolve
Maintain the production storage facility
Assist in Wrap Deliverable checklists
Support production team with other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

Production Office Assistant experience a plus
Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, time management and organization
Driven, efficient, curious and resourceful
Proficient in Google Suite
Discretion with handling sensitive materials
Partner and work with a diverse group of individuals at all levels in the industry and organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $17.00. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
