Location: Video Submission – Downtown Manhattan

Audition / Call Type: General Performers

Crunch Fitness is looking for new talent for their online platform CRUNCH+

Please send 5-8min video of you leading a workout. Formats can include:
– Yoga
– Pilates
– Strength / Conditioning
– Meditation / Breathwork
– Dance
– Ride (Cycling)
– “Out of the Box” Concepts welcome!

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:
INTRO
Video intro example: “Welcome! My name is __ and this is a (describe workout, what body parts are being conditioned, how long is it etc.) workout. You’re going to need (describe any equipment needed) – let’s get started!”

THE WORKOUT
5-7mins of the “meat“ of the workout – Please do NOT include a warm-up / Cool Down
Proper explanation and cueing is expected. Please ”keep it moving” i.e. Talk/explain as you go through the workout

OUTRO
Outro example: “Congratulations! You just made it through (workout name) with me (name) see you next time!”

Link can be YouTube, DropBox, WeTransfer etc.
