March 30 2023 (Time TBD, but 5-6 hour shoot)

Gender – MALE

Age – 20-50

Ethnicity – Middle-Eastern

DEADLINE TO APPLY – March 22nd 11:59pm

We’re currently looking for a middle eastern, male actor to star in a humorous commercial for a restaurant. The commercial will also star a professional, celebrity athlete who you will be interacting with on screen.

Role Description – The owner/server of the restaurant. Very personable with a thick middle-eastern accent. He is playful and describes his food with passion. Has a very large presence and should have strong physical acting and comedy skills. He is very kind to his patrons, often calling them “My Friend” etc.

Submission – Please send a self tape / self tape link and headshot

The self tape should demonstrate IMPROV and COMEDY skills.

A rough example of the scene we are looking for is –

**Owner greets Celebrity Athlete as he comes in**

Server – Hello my friend! You are a very famous man! Would you like to try my new creation??

**Celebrity Nods**

Server – OF COURSE you would! Delicious , crispy, hot fallafel on a bed of steamed, perfectly seasoned rice, exquisite refreshing fetoush salad…. You like this yes? Doesn’t it look good?

**Server teases the celebrity but pulls the plate back**

Server – AH but we can’t forget the tangy, mouth watering garlic sauce and rich, irresistible hummus… Every bite more sensational than the last…. This is what dreams are made of…. Is this something you would like my friend?

**Celebrity nods pleadingly**

Server – Ok…. 5.99.

**Gives plate***

Server – Next!

Again this is not the actual script but a rough example of what we are going for. Please demonstrate improv / comedy / physical acting skills. Deadline is Wednesday March 22 2023 BEFORE midnight.
