I run a gaming YouTube channel with 2.6M subscribers. I plan on pivoting from gaming to ambitious live action content in the coming months. I need someone who’s skilled with organization and logistics to join my team. At first we’ll start off part-time with a handful of projects and as the channel fully transitions in the coming months, the position will grow into a full-time position.

This is for YouTube content which is very different than other mediums, so I need someone who is open-minded. I don’t need someone with years of experience, but more so a genuine enthusiasm for Youtube and willingness to learn.

Other requirements:

-Must have incredible organization and communication skills

-Potentially must be able to travel and be on-set during productions

-Must speak, read and write fluently in English

-Must be able to break down a script into “lists” (e.g locations, props, equipment etc.)
– Must have a decent understanding of cameras to know what equipment is contextual for each specific shoot.

– Must be the point of contact for everyone involved in each project from pre-production until shooting is wrapped

-Must be able to execute on all prep needed for a project (e.g book flights, venues, send emails etc.)
