Casting Call

Do you want to help 3 Media Studies students make a short film? We are looking for 4 actors/actresses to fill roles in our production “POSTAL” – a psychological thriller. We cannot pay you, but we will provide lunch on shooting day(s)! Shooting will be on the Portland Campus, dates March 20th- 24th filming will take place from 4-6pm during the week. The film follows Martin while hallucinating and grieving over the loss of his son – Please see the excerpt below.

Any age-

Martin (male) – lead – mid-mental breakdown – dealing with the loss of his son (may change to parent)

Tommy (any gender) – a friend of Martins – calm – collected

Kevin (any gender) – Post office manager – understanding and forgiving – wanting to help

Doctor (any gender) – short role – helps Martin realize he’s going crazy
