Job Description

We are seeking a creative and reliable Voiceover Assistant focused exclusively on creating voiceovers and script writing for short-form video content. Your role will be to entail minor editing, engaging script writing (when needed) and recording voiceovers that bring our social media videos to life. While real estate is our niche, your voiceover samples do not need to be real estate related—what matters most is clarity, tone, and delivery. Charlotte-based candidates are preferred, but we are open to remote hires within the U.S.

Requirements

• Strong, clear, and engaging speaking voice

• Experience or genuine interest in real estate

• Ability to write concise and compelling short-form video scripts (when needed)

• Basic audio recording setup (microphone, quiet space, editing software)

• Reliable 300+ Mbps fiber internet connection

• Phone or laptop capable of storing and working on large media files

• Ability to meet deadlines and accept feedback for revisions

Responsibilities

• Voiceover videos after compilation

• Write scripts for videos when requested

• Deliver multiple takes when requested for style variations

• Edit and clean up audio to remove background noise and ensure clarity

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure scripts and voiceovers match visual content

• Submit files in required formats and meet established deadlines

• Interest in real estate

• Previous voiceover work for social media, commercials, or narrations

• Experience writing for social media or marketing content

• Familiarity with Charlotte, NC and the real estate market

COMPENSATION

• $15/hour for 10-15 hours per week

Important Note

This is a contract-based position focused solely on voiceovers and script writing for short-form content. Candidates must be comfortable working on an as-needed basis.
