Creative Video Editor – Hybrid (Cheshire)

Location: Cheshire (must be able to work from the studio at least one day per week)
Salary: Up to £30,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We’re partnering with a busy and ambitious creative company in the aesthetics space that produces engaging video and social content across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. They’re looking for a Creative Video Editor to join their in-house team and help produce standout content that truly cuts through online.

This role would suit a hands-on, social-first editor who understands storytelling, pacing and visual impact. You’ll be editing a variety of short and long-form content, creating graphics and thumbnails, and having real creative input across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form video content for social and digital campaigns
• Develop engaging story structure and visual flow tailored to each platform
• Produce short-form cutdowns for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Add motion graphics, captions and visual overlays where required
• Design eye-catching thumbnails, carousels and social graphics
• Support in-studio filming and weekly live webinar broadcasts (training provided)

About You

• Strong experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve)
• Confident using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• A good understanding of social media trends and formats
• A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and editorial judgement
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to attend the studio in Cheshire at least one day per week
