Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)

About the Client
Our client is a growing residential property developer based in Brisbane, known for delivering quality homes and customer-focused solutions. As they expand their marketing efforts, they’re seeking a talented in-house Videographer to take creative ownership of video content across various channels.

The Role
This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll lead the production of high-quality video content — from initial concept to final delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to craft engaging, visually impactful stories that showcase developments, customer experiences, and the company’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional, campaign, and social media video content
• Work with Marketing and Sales teams to bring visual concepts to life
• Capture on-site content, including developments and client testimonials
• Manage production equipment and editing software
• Ensure all video output aligns with brand tone, campaign goals, and platform requirements

Your Background

• 3+ years of hands-on videography and editing experience
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar
• Strong creative direction and attention to detail
• Experience producing content for digital and social platforms (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end production
