We are seeking a talented and creative Music Composer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating original musical compositions that enhance various multimedia projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring artistic visions to life through music composition.
We want a creator! Someone who loves making music – hip hop, pop, country – we want it all.
We are a digital studio, making animated content of all types, and we need a music lead to help make all kinds of catchy music for our projects.
We are young and new, with management that has worked with and created national known brands. Come join the fun!
Duties
- Compose original music tailored to project requirements across different media formats
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative team members to understand project goals and artistic direction
- Develop melodies, harmonies, and arrangements that evoke desired emotions and atmospheres
- Present musical concepts and progress updates clearly through verbal communication and visual presentations
- Adapt compositions based on feedback while maintaining artistic integrity
- Write detailed documentation of musical scores, arrangements, and production notes for future reference
Experience
- MUST HAVE EXAMPLES OF MUSIC THEY HAVE CREATED!
- Proven experience in music composition for various media projects is preferred
- Excellent writing skills for creating detailed scores, project proposals, and instructional materials
- Proficiency with music production software such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
