The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of motion design but will be flexible enough to take on other creative and creative project management tasks.
We work in a fast-paced environment and at times work under pressure while delivering consistent results.
Ideal candidate should be familiar with industry leading creative software, such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and Canva and have experience with creative AI tools.
**Job Description:*** Develop and build compelling motion graphics for videos to be displayed in digital OOH, and various other internal and external mediums.

• Support the creative Tower manager on OOH productions* Take client calls to go through creative requirements for the listings creative experiences for OOH signage, internal space graphics and social graphics* Motion storyboards for client campaigns and production execution.
• QC client campaigns for the Times Square OOH advertising and bells.
• Manage and build content for the day-to-day logos/video creative for the space surrounding bells, IPOs, and events* Post-production including timeline-based animations, particle effects, motion tracking, and keying* Handle incoming tower shot requests to ensure they meet guidelines, follow templates, and prepare and process them* Must be a creative problem solver and be able to put forth new insights in line with industry trends as it relates to motion.
• Ability to articulate creative vision and evaluate quality of creative products* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced agency-like environment* Able to take direction from producers and encourages constructive feedback to improve their product**Requirements:*** Minimum of 4 years of experience in motion graphics- **creative/motion reel or portfolio required*** A home internet connection with minimum upload/download bandwidth of 100Mbps/100Mbps is required for this role and is the responsibility of the applicant.
• Bachelors degree in media/marketing or an applicable degree* Proficiency in After Effects, with a proven solid understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere* Solid understanding of Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine or other 3D software, and how it integrates with After Effects* Experience with Canva**Come as You Are****Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
