Winning Group isn’t just a retail business as you might know us; we are a leading technology and logistics company and a premium retailer. We are a multi-award winning fourth generation Australian family owned business, whose entities include Winning Appliances, Appliances Online, Winning Services, Home Clearance, Rogerseller, Spence & Lyda, Ora and Andoo.

About The Opportunity:

As a Videographer & Photographer at Winning Group, you’ll create compelling visual content that showcases our premium appliances, whitegoods, and homewares. This is not a typical retail role – you’ll be based predominantly at our Kemps Creek warehouse, capturing content for our award-winning websites, marketing campaigns, and events. Working closely with the Content Project Manager and Warehouse Manager, you’ll help bring our brand to life while contributing to a culture focused on safety, service, efficiency, and teamwork.

About You:

You’re a creative Videographer & Photographer with a passion for bringing products and stories to life. You thrive behind the camera, capturing high-quality visuals for marketing, social media, events, and internal communications. You enjoy contributing to creative concepts, storyboarding, and pre-production planning, and you know how to manage lighting, sound, and camera setups to deliver polished content. Short-form video, retouching, and optimising assets for web, print, and digital channels are second nature to you. You collaborate easily, maintain safety and organisation, and build strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven videographer or photographer with a strong portfolio.
  • Skilled in video and photo editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, colour, and audio.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio and natural lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Drone operation and motion graphics experience a plus.
  • Creative storyteller with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment; WHS induction, safety onboarding, and wearing safety boots and hi-vis at all times onsite are required.
